Luke and Kama

Luke became ill when we arrived in London and he was in hospital for a month. I already lost my mum, dad and siblings in the war back home so I was so scared my son would die too. He survived.

Elena and Mandy

I fled to London from Egypt because my ex-husband abused me every day. Mandy was only 5, and we went to live with my auntie. Later I found out Mandy had been sexually abused by her father.
